MA in Social Science and Cultural Geography, diploma in special education, post graduate Executive Master Programme in Management and Organisational Theory, as well as training in Master Class Psychology. 30 years of practical and theoretical experience on integration and labour market initiatives, empowerment and competency mapping. Specialised in inclusion, diversity and community policy, organisational knowledge dissemination and network building, facilitation and process consultation as well as intercultural communication, CSR and private sector social involvement. Has undertaken a large number of analyses, evaluations and development projects within these specialities. Has developed a wide range of process tools, toolkits, user oriented method catalogues as well as teaching and guidance materials for inclusion and integration, diversity and intercultural competency in social work, education and guidance work, organisational development as well as work life – including resource oriented competency mapping, guidance and motivational education, competency descriptions, evaluation handbooks etc.
Former director of a local Integration Centre in Elsinore, project manager in the Danish Institute for Technology, examiner at Copenhagen Business School and University of Aarhus, academic Officer in the Regional Labour Market System, researcher at Roskilde University and co‐founder of Copenhagen Women’s Day High School and Training Centre, offering the first holistic competency mapping and employment promoting courses for women of both Danish and ethnic minority origin in the City of Copenhagen.
